| Education or Equivalent Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment with Union Labor relations experience, PHR Certification or Human Resources Certificates a plus, Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Essential Job Functions:
• Strong working knowledge of all existing governmental and labor laws and government reporting requirements including EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, NLRA, AAP and others-Union and Non-union

• Business principles as they relate to human resources
Knowledge of ADP Pay-Expert and reporting, SAP HR a plus
Benefits coordination and maintenance including supporting annual open enrollment, answering employee questions, communicate with providers to resolve claims & enrollment issues, 401k enrollment
Work with Plant Manager and Supervisors regarding Union related matters; Relies on past practice, contract interpretation, previous experience and impact on plant to suggest recommendations to grievances and issues
Skills Required:
• Excellent communications and planning skills and the ability to provide strong written and oral presentations
Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Access skills required
