Metalcraft constantly reinvests capital into its equipment to ensure that your product will be exact and completed on-time. We offer the latest in metal fabricating machinery including:

Laser Cutting - Up to 4000 watt cutting on maximum 60" x 120" sheets with thickness of .625
Plasma/Contour Cutting - Robot plasma cut and welding cell, Genesis Versa, Plate cutting table.
Robotic & Conventional Welding - Multiple systems including linear tracking, MIG, TIG and resistance welding.
Punch Press - Hydraulic presses up to 1400 tons with bed sizes to 60" x 120".
Turret Press - Multiple station CNC. Up to 55 tons with minimal setup.
Press Brake - CNC controlled forming up to 1000 tons with 20' bed.
Shear - Capacity to shear material up to .500 thick by 10 feet wide.
Machining - CNC multiple tool machining centers including 5-axis.
Painting - Three fully conveyorized powder paint systems with cube size of 15'L x 6'H x 4'W. Includes 7 stage pretreatment system with 1st stage acid bath.
Quality Inspection - Portage equipment with CNC Processor.
