Press Brakes: Metalcraft has press brakes with beds up to 20 feet long. This short video shows a 7-gauge lawnmower cutter deck being bent into shape.

Laser Cutting: Metalcraft has numerous Amada and Mazak laser cutting machines. Maximum: 60" x 120" sheets and up to .625 thickness.

Turret Press: Multiple station CNC turret presses. Up to 55 tons with minimal setup.

Machining: CNC multiple tool machining centers including 5-axis. Mazak machining center shown loading raw castings and unloading finished, machined spindle housings.

Robotic & Conventional Welding: Multiple systems including linear tracking, MIG, TIG and resistance welding. Genesis weld cells and Fanuc robotic arms. Miller and Lincoln welders.

Punch Press: Metalcraft of Mayville has numerous punch presses to handle any job. Our largest is a 1400 ton hydraulic press. Bed sizes up to 60" x 120".
