Mayville, Wis. – Metalcraft of Mayville today announced that Randy Gloede has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. The promotion was announced as part of a corporate restructuring by Martin Gallun, Chief Executive Officer of Metalcraft.
“This is a very exciting time at Metalcraft,” Gallun said. “We have experienced rapid growth and completed an acquisition in the last year. I believe that this well-deserved promotion will help us put additional focus on both organic growth and strategic acquisitions in the coming years.”
Gloede joined the executive team at Metalcraft in 2010 and quickly advanced to the role of President of OEM Manufacturing. His twenty years of industry experience in lean manufacturing and executive leadership made him a natural fit for the current promotion.
As President and Chief Operating Officer at Metalcraft, Gloede will hold onto his existing responsibilities along with the addition of overseeing operations of another division of Metalcraft, Scag Power Equipment.
