Metalcraft of Mayville “Builds” on its Success by Expanding Beaver Dam Facility

Mayville, Wis. – Metalcraft of Mayville Inc. is pleased to announce that construction has officially begun to add 100,000 square feet to its Beaver Dam facility, effective May 29, 2019.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence in Beaver Dam,” said Metalcraft CEO, Martin Gallun. “Since the purchase of our Beaver Dam facility, formerly Venture Manufacturing, in 2017, our business has continued to grow. One of the reasons we chose this particular location was to have the ability to expand when the time was right.”

According to Mr. Gallun, Horizon Construction Group Inc. will be handling the construction of the 100,000 sq. ft. addition. Current estimates set the completion date of the project for some time during the summer of 2020. Additions to the building will include a new shipping/receiving area at the northwest corner of the building, additional cold storage on the east side of the building, and the facility’s first paint line on the northeast side of the facility. Gallun also added, “As a result of this addition, our Beaver Dam facility will now have all of the capabilities it needs to operate as a one-stop metal fabrication facility.”

The company’s foundation belief that “Employees Make the Difference” remains evident, as Metalcraft plans to add additional employees to its Beaver Dam team once the project is completed.
