Metalcraft of Mayville Team Earns Nadcap Accreditation

Congratulations to the Metalcraft of Mayville Team at our West Bend manufacturing facility for earning Nadcap Accreditation in:

– Aerospace Quality System – AC7004
– Special Process: Conventional Machining AC7126
– Special Process: Nonconventional Machining AC7116

The Metalcraft of Mayville team has worked hard for the last 12 months on Nadcap Quality System(s) conformance and became Accredited through PRI in March 2021.  Nadcap is an Aerospace Defense program that embodies rigorous process control criteria determined by technical experts from the Aerospace and Defense Industries.  Whether it’s a Boeing 787 or a Lockheed Martin F-35 fighter jet, stringent process controls and quality verifications determined by Nadcap and the Industry are on the manufacturing front lines.  Moreover, Nadcap;

– Conducts more in-depth, technically superior critical process audits
– Improves Supplier quality throughout the industry through stringent requirements
– Reduces costs through improved standardization
